Abstract
Aim: studied
2700 sportsmen to develop scientific bases of rational nutrition of
professional sportsmen in the RUz. Material and
Methods:professional sportsmen training on the bases of sport complexes
of Tashkent city.Laboratory and laboratory calculated methods of
investigations to estimate changes of food and energetic values of food
ration on training bases were used, as well as in the study of protein
and C vitamin exchange in sportsmen (24 sportsmen against the
background of every day nutrition and 28 sportsmen against the
background of supplementary nutrition). The assessment of nitrogen
metabolism status has been performed by Waterlooy index (ratio of urine
total nitrogen and urea nitrogen). Mg/h vitamin C excretion with urine
has been made by titrimetric method. Results :There obtained
the data of professional sportsmen every day consumption of basic
nutrients and energy by Conclusions: kinds of sport, as well as the
data of biological value of their every day food that the highest
average daily energy inputs for men are 7700 kcal and for women
– 7500 kcal. The revealed unbalance of real nutrition and
inadequacy to physiological standards shows the need of rational
nutrition of professional sportsmen, its improvement by bioactive
substances. There developed average daily food standards for
professional sportsmen by 8 kinds of sport, calculated their
food and biological value which has been increased in 20 % in
comparison with real background of nutrition. It has been shown that the
high effect of the use of recommended standards makes possible to
normalize sportsmen indices of nitrogen metabolism and increase vitamin
body supply.
