Abstract
Physical
activity rise the ROS (reactive oxygen species) production at the level
of somatic muscles but also to other tissues, succession to oxygen flux
rise through mitochondria’s and to physiologic specific of
the tissue. Mechanisms of ROS generation are excluding reciprocal
during physical activity and it seems that after one acute physical
effort the mechanism responsible by the ROS generation could be
mitochondrial chain of electrons conveyor while after one chronically
physical effort the ROS concentration is rising owing to physiological
specific of the respective tissue. The cellular antioxidant system
present vital importance in tissues protection against fatal action of
the reactive oxygen species, but until now it doesn’t known
exactly if the first activate the antioxidant system which induce
enzymes either non-specifically antioxidant system. We can concluded
from our experiments that the physical efforts contribute to oxidative
stress installation right after the physical activity stops, an
practical information which come to support the sportive performance
optimizations. The aim of the present experimental model is to evaluate
the biochemical status of the oxidative stress by some parameters
determination at the level of the somatic muscles and other organs too,
after just one training.
