CASE REPORT – abstract

Abstract. Overtraining represent in case of high performance sportsmans a syndrome which appears by exceeding the optimal report between training-recovery, and yhat will leade at the installation of pathological tiredness . Overtraining consist in a variety of symptoms but very important is early discover and the prevention of this syndrom. The overtraining state is often difficult to diagnose, and diagnose can only be established after an appropriate clinical examination is performed to exclude other conditions.
