Abstract. Low back pain is a frequent complaint among top athletes. Sacroiliac dysfunction might be the underlying cause of low back pain in sports with asymmetrical movements or asymmetrical landings. Corroborating a complete physical exam with biomechanical data, is the key to an accurate diagnosis.
