Abstract.
Spine is a
complex of anatomic structures
organised to let rahis accomplish many duties in the same time.
Nowadays, in literature we finde a different kind of the spine approch,
not a descriptive one, but a functional one. In top sports, stress to
the musculo-ligamentar structures and to the intervertebral disc are
different from nonsportive person. Depending on the type of sport, this
stress differs from sportsman to sportsman. Spine biomechanics is
essential not only trining technics, but also for a proper medical
approach in order to prevent, diagnose and treat possible stress
pathology of the lombo-sacral spine to high athletes.
