Abstract
Disorders
of plantar aponeurosis in frequently pathology of athlets, especially
at runners, because is a oversuse of plantar region during sport
activity. This study propose an algorithm for functional
rehabilitation after plantar aponeurosis disorders and increase
ankle-foot stability. Our patients present pain, akle instability and
damage of plantar aponeurosis that involve plantar arch
perturbation. We use for assesment clinical, functional and specific
tests. The rehabilitation programm has been disposed in three phases
including acute phase, recovery phase and proprioception phase wich
is the last but wich is very important because it increase ankle-foot
stability and foot skills tasks. Rehabilitation programm was complex
and including also orthosis devices and taping.After this programm we
observed greatest gain of stability, mobility of ankle-foot and
return to sport activity has been made in good conditions.
