Abstract
During the trainings of Romanian juniors national rugby teams (U18,
U19), youth (U20), and seniors teams (XV, Romania A) of a period of
40 month (between July 2002 – October 2005) we had registered
a
casuistic which confirm the results of studies from the medical
literature regarding the morbidity thru traumas of sportive. The
inferior member is the most affected (46%) and the traumas of soft
parts are more often. This article is trying to systemize the causes
of the large incidence of sportive traumas from the trainings and
rugby games (matches), no matter the sportive age. To facilitate a
quick and synthetic presentation of the medical events (accidents)
during a game or training we could use a protocol report which is
presented at the end of this paper (this protocol is adapted by the
one which is agreed all over the world by International Rugby Board
and FIRA-AER).
