Abstract
Gait
is one of the most complex motor activity of human body. The gait cycle
includes a stance phase (around 60%) and a swing phase (around 40%).
After stroke, moment of begining rehabilitation is important to has a
good choice. This is possible after a complet clinical and functional
assessment. This study presents the alghoritm of assessment of gait at
two lots of patients, after stroke. Lot A begin the rehabilitation
program in the first three months after stroke. Lot B begin after three
month after stroke. For assessment we used: clinical assessment,
functional assessment included specific scales-Tinetti, Fuygl Mayer,
FIM, GIF, MMS, Berg, index Barthel. Also we used biomechanic assessment
included force plate RSScan for assess gait parameters and
morphofunctional foot parameters. The results show to us a well
evolution to lot A compare to lot B.
