Abstract
In
this paper we established a correlation between volleyball players and
fencers regarding the mental flexibility and it’s role in
efficiency in performing tehnical-tactical actions. In order to find
this correlation we applied the Kraepellin test for the mental
flexibility and a specific motor testing meant to determine the
efficiency of technical-tactical performances. According to the test
values registered, the actual training approach determines a stagnation
in the evolution of technical-tactical structures, as an example,
volleyball players prove stability in solving working tasks, but lack
flexibility and as a following stage of the research, we propose the
implementation of patterns based on global learning of
technical-tactical actions, developing players’ reasoning and
creativity in solving working tasks.
