Abstract
The
physical effort during the Physical education
classes in school should be adjusted at the individual’s
physical condition. The present study demonstrates that by applying a
differentiated didactic technology, using specific analytical exercises
structures, operational models and working algorithms to a group of
overweight and obese girls, a loss of weight was obtained with a
progressive evolution towards the optimal body weight, according to
their age and sex. Yet, the working methodology should be
individualized and associated with a low-calorie nutritional program
and with psychological assistance.
