Abstract
Considering
fatigue
a major permanent limiting
factor of sport
performance as well as an important pathogenetic risk, the author
carries out a study of all essential aspects of fatigue: definition
of the phenomenon, types of fatigue, symptomatology, production
mechanisms, prevention of fatigue and fight against fatigue; the
presentation ends with several conclusions of theoretical and
practical importance, rendering the quintessence of the content.
