Abstract. This
article try to present the news concepts regards etiopathogeny of
rotator cuff impingement syndrome (CIS). CIS means a tendinopaty of
rotator cuff muscle that is the result of biomechanical deficit of
shoulder after frequent lesions of muscles. Ethiopathogeny of CIS:
morphological disorders like subacromial bursitis, acromioclavicular
arthrosis. The aim of rehabilitation program is regain static and
dynamic stability of scapulothoracic and glenohumeral joints regain
of mobility using proprioceptive exercises, functional strengthening
and integration of exercises in sport activity.
