Abstract
The
article presents the results of a survey that took place in Romania and
the analysis of the answers within the questionnaires demonstrates that
sport is practiced more by boys than by girls, more by students raised
in families where education is important than by students whose
families believe education should be done in school, and more by
students in central elementary schools than by students who study at
peripheries. Also, the data show that students find of sports in
general give more importance to instrumental and to final values within
the Rokeach value questionnaire, in comparison to the students less
interested in this activity .
