Abstract

Our paper is trying to find certain efficient ways and means, standardised and itemised into a logical planning sequence, to increase the performance of the forwards during the game, as creators of dangerous and yet useful phases, as well as scorer. In what concern the subjects of the research we have developed a series of tests of control through which we could verify the initial level of preparedness of subjects from which we started conducting research in establishing objective criteria for assessing the motric and technical-tactical quality on which we acted as a series of complex structures of exercises (operating means) for maximize the individual value of players as forwards and also increase their efficiency in the championship game.
