Abstract During
the
physical preparation of National
Rugby Teams U19 and U20
between July 2002 and June 2004 we had registered a casuistic which
confirms the results of specialized literature regarding morbidity
through traumas of athletes. Inferior member is the most frequently
affected member (46%) and the soft parts of body traumas are the most
common, usual. This article is trying to systemize the causes of
the large incidence of sportive traumas during the rugby training and
competitions. To
facilitate a quick and synthetic presentation of medical events
during a competition or training we could use a protocol report that
we will present at the end of this paper. (This protocol is adapted
by the one agreed by International Rugby Board and International
Amatory Rugby Federation- European Rugby Association).
