Abstract
Physiotherapeutics,
in combination with the
ancient method of
acupuncture, has had a positive effect in the recovery of patients
suffering from trigeminal neuralgia, the results being noticeable
after just 3 – 4 days of treatment. The advantages of these
methods
also reside in the fact that the patients accept them much more
easily, eliminating stress, risks and discomforts. The study was
performed on a number of 28 patients, and has had impressive results,
having no relapses even after six months from the ending of the
treatment.
