Abstract
Parkinsonism
is one of the entities of basal motor disease group of basal ganglions
and is characterized by primary functional deficits (negative symptoms)
and secondary effects (positive symptoms). The current study
starts from one of the main aspects regarding the rehabilitation of the
Parkinsonism patient, pursuant to that the motional function could be
preserved at parameters very close to those physiological ones through
a kinetically program made early. To conserve conveniently as much time
as possible the motional function (especially the posture, the balance
and walk) it must be connected the obligatory pharmacotherapy with the
physical-kinetic programs. Choose of the physical-kinetics techniques
are according to the clinical form and the gravity of the functional
deficit. The main purpose of kinetic program integrated in complex
medical assistance of Parkinsonism patient is the improvement of life
quality, through amelioration of self-care activities, and possibility
of making various activities in stability, balance and coordination
conditions. “Parkinsonism patient don’t have to be
helped” in the daily running activities – this is
one of the kinetic rules that must be respected by his family members.
