Abstract: The cardiac rehabilitation is now very important if we think to reduce the cost of cardiac diseases treatment and to prevent the acut events. Before begining a program for rehabilitation is important to evaluate the effort capacity, clinical aspects and also the tolerance to effort. We try to present in this article some aspects regards evaluation of patients with cardiovascular diseases and to present a program of rehabilitation that involves phyisical exercises.
